Shipping policy

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.).

Where we ship

We currently ship only to street addresses in the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or outside the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Processing: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of being placed.

These are estimates. Carrier delays, bad weather and busy holiday periods can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you order more than one item, they may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.

Late, lost or stolen packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find the package, email us with your order number and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
